We love the fact that TinyTalk uses BSL. We feel this has benefited us as parents, and also hope that some of it will stick with our child in later life.
STORY: J was playing in the park and there was another boy about the same age. J noticed that the boy was Deaf. He approached the child and signed "Hello, my name is ...." and proceed to spell his name using the BSL alphabet. At that moment I looked across to see the mum of the Deaf child almost in tears to see that a hearing child was able to communicate with her Deaf child. It was such an amazing moment, and would never have been possible had we not attended TinyTalk classes with Amy.
I have loved learning something new and have been amazed at how much my child has been able to tell me at such a young age.
