My name is Sophie and I am the NEW TinyTalk teacher for the Leicester West area.
I am a mummy to my 14 month old girl Heidi and have trained as a nursery nurse and midwife before venturing into the super fun world of baby signing.
I got into signing when I started taking my little girl to her first classes and was really surprised at how she learned to communicate with me using signs.

She's learning more and more as she gets older, but dog is definitely her most used and favourite!
For me, it gave me a chance to take a well needed break and enjoy a hot drink (which can be a rarity! ). I always looked forward to attending these classes and I am so excited to help mums and babies with their own TinyTalk journey!
So, what happens at a TinyTalk class?
TinyTalk Classes run for one hour, split into two halves. The first half is full of singing, signing and sensory activities to engage and stimulate your baby.
The second half is for YOU, to sit, relax, have a hot or cold drink and meet likeminded parents whilst your baby plays with the provided toys. It's the best of both worlds!

I love baby signing because:I personally attended TinyTalk classes for a year before deciding to become a teacher myself, so I can say first-hand how much it has helped my daughter grow and learn!
