TinyTalk Lincoln offers fun, friendly baby signing and toddler communication classes in Lincoln and Nettleham, helping babies and toddlers develop their communication skills through British Sign Language (BSL), songs, music, play and sensory activities.
BABY SIGNING CLASSES
Our Baby Signing classes are for babies from birth to around 18 months. Babies often understand much more than they can say, and signing can give them another way to communicate while their spoken language develops.
Each weekly class combines simple BSL signs with songs, nursery rhymes, props, sensory activities and plenty of repetition. You don't need any previous signing experience – I'll teach you the signs and show you how to use them naturally with your baby.
TODDLER TALKING CLASSES
Our Toddler Talking classes are for children from around 18 months to 4 years. Through songs, signs, stories, music, movement, props and play, we encourage communication, vocabulary, listening and confidence.
Signs can continue to be useful for toddlers too, particularly when they know what they want to say but don't yet have all the words.

TinyTalk is about more than learning signs. Our classes give you special time to connect with your little one, support their early communication and meet other local families.
I'm Emmalee, your TinyTalk Lincoln teacher. I started TinyTalk Lincoln in April 2025 and I'm passionate about helping families discover how much their little ones can communicate before they can talk.
Our classes are relaxed, welcoming and inclusive. There is no pressure for babies or toddlers to sit still or join in perfectly – they can explore, play and participate at their own pace.
