Hi! I have used signing to help children communicate for many years as a Speech and Language Therapist. When I had my own children I was interested to see if it would have the same benefits for my children.... it did!!! Showing babies simple signs as you say the words means that they have a way of communicating with you while their voice and speech muscles are still developing. My youngest daughter Ivy told me when she was ready for her naps, and it wasn't always when I thought she was tired. I was amazed at how much easier signing made everything!

I have been running classes for almost 2 years, and have met some lovely people. Our classes are very friendly, along with the singing and signing, we have social time and breadsticks/ biscuits.
