| Welcome to the TinyTalk classes of Charlie Richardson |
Hi, I’m Charlie, mum to Thomas.
I started signing with Thomas when he was 8 weeks old – by 12 weeks he was reacting & responding to them and I was able to "talk" to him (understand & be understood). Starting early gave him (and me!) chance to learn all the signs he needed to be come a little chatterbox. He always looked really chuffed when he could tell me what was on his mind.
We thoroughly enjoyed learning baby sign language and want to give others the opportunity to experience and benefit from the classes as we have. Click on the class details button (above) to see where your local session is.
We have a theme each week and the classes comprise of a mix of taught signs, action songs, play time for the little ones and a chance for you to relax, ask me questions and chat to other mums and dads! too (Grandparents / childminders / carers also welcome).
Toddler (Talking!) classes are also now available! in these we build on your little ones language with a variety of numeracy & literacy games (eg. picture bingo, parachute) and encourage skills such as team work.

If you can’t attend classes or are a Childcare professional our training courses on how to use TinyTalk signs within the workplace and of course the signs to use may be the thing for you – contact me for further info about training available in the West Midlands and to discuss your specific requirements.

From AG centre, follow the Westley Road, pass the bowling alley (on LHS) then the Westley Hotel (also on LHS) the drive is after the 4th house on the left after the hotel. If you get as far as Halfords (on RHS) you missed us - you can turn round in the end of Broad Rd, further up on your RHS)
FREE on-site parking, car park is at the bottom of the drive to the right of the building.
Bus routes: 885 runs along Westley Road or catch any bus to Acocks Green Centre and we're approx 5min walk |

Looking for something to keep those active toddlers busy in the day?
Join us at TinyTalk Toddler Talking. Suitable for 2yrs - preschool. Session is 1hr comprising half an hour of interactive stories, songs and games with instruments and supporting props / images. Followed by half an hour of social time.
