Hi! I’m Dawn, a Mum with three boys and I love teaching the TinyTalk classes in Derby because we have such run there. I attended for a long time with my youngest son Reuben, who has Downs Syndrome. He was the only special needs child in the class but loved it and signs extensively now. Meanwhile, I liked it so much I trained as a teacher myself! I would love you to join me for a TinyTalk class where you and your baby can begin to learn some signs to help you communicate better. We have fun singing and signing nursery rhymes with lots of props and instruments then relax and make friends over toys, drinks and chocolate biscuits. Please contact me if you’d like to find out more and to find out if there’s space in your preferred class. You do need to book as the classes are really popular and sometimes get completely full. You can join part way through a term, however, (and just pay for the remaining classes) as long as there’s space in the class.
